We’re very happy to have landed on our fourth outrageously delicious new spice & herb mix with the Cheeseboro Kitchens Black Label Crab Plus Seasoning.

And as it of course it can be used perfectly well with any number of crab dishes both traditional and modern, it can just as successfully work with not just other seafood dishes, but with chicken-, beef-, por-k, and vegetable-based dishes, stews, soups, and sauces.

We kicked off the trying it in a new dish by incorporating into crab cake recipe where we substitute fresh lobster meat for the crab, and mixing in mustard, corn kernels, egg, fresh lemon juice, and panko breadcrumbs.

We also adding Black Label Crab Plus Seasoning to some mayo, lemon juice, relish, and mustard for a smooth, tart & kicky sauce, and as well as seasning for fingerling fries.
